The mystery garden mittens are knitted in pure wool, to get a light, but warm garment. The mittens are worked in the round with double pointed needles, or circular needles for magic loop. The stranded knitting technique creates a leaf pattern around the hand. Play around with the coloring; create a cozy pair of mittens in the colors of fall or choose bright colors to complement other accessories for your outfit. The thumb is knitted with increases inside the palm. Please block the mittens into desired shape before using.

Sizes and measurements:
S (womans size): Length: Approx. 18 cm/ 7 inches. Hand width: Approx. 9,5 cm/3,7 inches.
M (womans size): Approx. 20 cm/ 8 inches. Hand width: Approx. 10,5 cm/4 inches.

Materials:
Highland Wool from Hobbii, 50 g = 175 m.
Color 1: Approx. 35 g. Color 2: Approx. 15 g. Color 3: Approx. 10 g.
Colorway for the blue and grey mittens (above) : Color 1 = 14 Wild River. Color 2 = 22 Timian. Color 3 = 13 Waterfall.
Colorway for the beige and red mittens (See picture on page 2): Color 1 = 04 Cappucino. Color 2 = 32 Chili. Color 3 = 02 Eggshell.

Gauge and needle size:
Use double pointed needles, or circular needles for magic loop. Use needle sizes as given below, or whatever needle size that fits your gauge.
S : Gauge 28 sts x 37 rows = 10 x 10 cm. Needle size 3 and 3,5 mm.
M: Gauge 25 sts x 34 rows = 10 x 10 cm. Needle size 3,5 and 4.
