The Joy of Cables Afghan is the Mystery Knit Afghan for 2020.

This Afghan is broken down into 8 different clues. Each clue is unique and challenging! The theme for this afghan is Cables.

So, each clue is designed with different cables to try! Honestly, we have found this is the best way to start and finish a full size afghan! Since we have started the MKAL’s, we have actually completed the afghans! Plus, no boredom of knitting the same stitch over and over again.

There are once again 3 sizes. You can choose from three different size afghans to knit:

Standard Size Afghan: 48” x 60” (122 cm x 153 cm )
Bonus Size: 60” x 72” (153 cm x 183 cm), or
Lap Blanket Size: 36” x 48” (91 cm x 122 cm)

This afghan was designed with Knit Picks Swish worsted yarn.

Yardage:
Standard: 3080 yards / 2772 meters
Bonus: 4640 yards / 4175 meters
Lap: 1785 yards / 1610 meters

Needles: 5 mm (8 US) long circular needles
