These mitts were created as a special order one holiday season - the yarn chosen based on the colors and the size for a special little girl. With tiny cables throughout including up the center of the thumb, the stitch pattern is interested but also easily memorized, and the mitts will fly off your needles!

For this pattern, I suggest that you use a solid, gradient, or self-striping yarn. Alternatively, you can use up yarn scraps and make your own stripes! Strongly variegated or hand-painted yarns will not show the stitch pattern as well.

Pattern includes instructions for three sizes:
Small (6” around), medium (7.5” around), and large (9” around).

The stitch pattern is very stretchy, and the arm and finger length portions can be adjusted.
