This listing is a crochet pattern that can be used for crocheting a child’s name banner, or a banner for a holiday such as Christmas, a season, a party, or for another special occasion. The pattern is for a double-sided banner so that it can be hung on a wall, in a doorway, or in any other place you wish to hang it.

Use your creativity to crochet a banner with multiple colors that your little boy or girl will love. Or, add some color to your walls for the holidays.

This crochet pattern is easy to follow. It includes a list of materials needed, patterns and instructions for crocheting all of the letters in the alphabet, and instructions for assembling the banner. The banner includes instructions for a simple, straight edging or for a frilly, fun edging. If you can chain and single crochet, you can make a lovely, homemade banner of your own!

You will need one 8 oz skein of worsted yarn for the background color and one 8 oz skein of worsted yarn for the letters and edging (per the pattern). Or, you can use multiple colors, as show in the photograph.
