US 15/10mm circular needles for the body (60 cm / 24”).
US 11/8mm circular needles for the ribbing.
You need at least S-11 M-11 L-13 XL-15 skeins of the “Snowstorm” bulky yarn by Hobbii. But you can use any other bulky yarn you want/have, as long as you achieve the correct gauge

OPTIONAL MATERIALS:
If you aren’t a fan of the magic loop method like myself, you can use US 11/8mm double-pointed needles for the neck and sleeve ribbing

Sleeves width: S 17cm (7”) M 17cm (7”) L 20.5cm (8.2”) XL 20.5cm (8.2”)

Gauge in stockinette st using 10mm needle:
4x4” (10x10cm) = 10sts x 13 rows
