GAUGE:32 sts x 14 rows = 10 x 10.2cm. MEETING THE GAUGE IS REALLY IMPORTANT FOR THIS PROJECT.
R1. Ch35, start from 5th st from hook, 2 dc, (dc, ch2, dc) in 1 st, skip 3 sts, 3 dc4, dc in last st. Turn (32)
R2. Ch3 (counts as dc), skip first st, 2 dc, (dc, ch2, dc) in 1 st, skip dc, skip ch2, 3 dc4, dc in the top of ch3. Turn (32)

This top is worked in 4 separate panels: front panel, back panel and 2 sleeves. They all start from the bottom up. You will make 4 panels first, join front and back panels together, add the neckband then attach the sleeves.
