This pattern is written from the top down. There are instructions to increase and decrease to accentuate curves if desired. You can also choose to create a slit or just a pencil skirt, mini skirt, knee length, or full length. I encourage you to get creative and add tassels, pom poms, or beads to the points along the bottom edge of the skirt to personalize your make!
