A stockinette dishcloth inspired by the bias construction of the vintage pattern, “Grandma’s Favorite Dishcloth”.

This cross stockinette stitch pattern uses a simple Wrap & Turn Increase along with right & left leaning decreases which result in a perfect square cloth that works up super fast.

The pattern outlines how to adapt the pattern to any size from a small coaster or facial scrubby, dishcloth or blanket size. The sample dishcloth uses 39 pegs on a KB 3/8” gauge loom and worsted weigh 100% cotton. However, any loom or yarn can be substituted by following the formula in the pattern.
