Afterward, the work is divided into the front, back, and sleeves. The body is first knit in stockinette stitch, followed by a simple lace pattern. Finally, a simple crochet edge is added, but this can be replaced with an i-cord edge if preferred. The sleeves are knit in stockinette stitch and finished with an i-cord bind-off. Since the garment is knit top-down, the length can be easily adjusted.
