Naomi Top - digital knitting pattern (PDF)

The Naomi Top is a fitted top using simple techniques and suited for beginners. It is madetop to bottom in 4x2 ribbing and features i-cord edging around the armhole.

Gauge (after blocking): 10 x 10cm/4” x 4” = 21sts x 38 rows in 4x2 ribbing.
Do not forget making a gauge swatch and blocking it before knitting this top - otherwise you risk making the wrong size for you.

Sizing: 7 sizes are included in the pattern for now. The sizes 1 (2) 3 (4) 5 (6) 7 fit measurements 79-83 (84-89) 90-94 (95-99) 100-104 (105-109) 110-115 cm/31”-32,5” (33”-35”) 35,5”-37” (37,5”-39”) 39”-41” (41”-43”) 43,5”-45”. To determine your size, measure the circumference of your chest or the widest part of your upper body.

The Top is meant to be fitted with a negative ease of about 20cm/8”.

Materials:
Needles: 3,5mm (US 4) circular knitting needles, 40-60cm length
Blunt tapestry needle
Scissors
Yarn (estimation): 100g (150g) 150g (200g) 250g (250g) 300g of Lana Grossa Elastico – 96% cotton, 4% Polyester (160m/175 yds per 50g skein). The brown top is knitted in the color 137. You can use any other yarn that fits the gauge, however I recommend using a cotton with a bit of elasticity (polyester).

The pattern includes only 7 sizes for now as I was not able to find testers for sizes upwards of 115cm/45”.
