This halter top is to complement my funky late 90’ties red and yellow patterned pants revived by my 17 year old daughter. The waistline is high and the legs loose so she needed something short and sassy to complete the outfit. The halter top has a with wide band that is a little more elaborate than a regular rib and can be made short (as seen on picture) or longer is you wish to cover the belly. It is a summer top for a teen/young woman with an open back, and is tied behind the neck. Buttons can be placed center back or at the side.
