This knitting pattern is worked with straight knitting needles with a K1, P1 ribbing and the body of the pussy hat is in stockinette stitch. Completed hat is folded in half, with right sides together and hand sewn up each side using the mattress stitch. Pattern includes two separate charts, one each for the Nasty Women Knit design and lettering, and also for the Nasty Men Knit design and lettering. Both patterns start out the same. Follow the designated chart for the Nasty Women or Men Pussy Hat that you are knitting.

4 Skeins total of light-weight DK 3 yarn. Raspberry for the main color, and for the contrasting colors Grape, True Blue and Mustard. See chart for reference.

Nasty Men Knit Pussy Hat
5 Skeins total of light-weight DK 3 yarn. Grape for the main color, and for the contrasting colors Raspberry, True Blue, Mustard and Cameo. See chart for reference. (I used one additional color for this hat to have the lettering a different color than the hand.)
