Color work sweater is worked from the top down in a single piece with raglan sleeves. The entire sweater is knit in the round without seems.

Size: To fit chest size: Small (38-43”), Medium (44-47”), Large (48-51”). Sweater shown in photo is medium.

Materials: 11 colors (9 green, 2 yellow) 100% pure Rohrspatz und Wollmeise birdies (fingering weight merino wool) yarn - pattern requires approximately 1585-1800 yards.

Needles: US size 4 circular needle (or size needed to obtain gauge). One set of US 4 double pointed needles.
Other: Stitch markers, stitch holders (or scrap of yarn), and yarn needle.

Gauge: 28 stitches and 32 rows worked in Stockinette = 4” x 4” square on size US 4 needles.

Notes on Colors:
The total number of colors used may be easily adjusted by changing the combinations used on any chart. You may use more or less color variations as desired. Have fun with the colors, don’t feel locked in to the colors and gradients I used.
