DISCLAIMER: THIS IS NOT A BEGINNER PATTERN! You MUST be familiar with short rows. THE DESIGN IS WORKED THREE DIMENSIONALLY. IT REQUIRES THE ABILITY TO READ WITH COMPREHENSION. MANY PHOTOS ARE PROVIDED WITH THE 25 PAGES OF DIRECTIONS.

Naughty Nadia doesn’t mean to be troublesome. She tries very hard to be a good mollusk. It’s difficult navigating when your eyes are on the sides of your head and you are being propelled backwards through the ocean. Even the big, blue sea has obstacles and sometimes poor Nadia will bump into someone. She’s very polite and always says “Excuse me” but sometimes the bumpee has disappeared before Nadia can get turned around.

(Frontal View Photo) The siphon is used for propulsion. Nadia’s mantle is embellished with half pearls and rhinestones. She measures approximately 8”.

Naughty Nadia along with some of my other designs traveled to Hawaii to be exhibited in “Hook the Reef”~a satellite of the Hyperbolic Crochet Reef Project.
