The “scarf” around the neck of this sweater is entirely imaginary. We
create it by first masking the rest of the sweater, then bleaching the
scarf area. Finish by stamping and drawing a design on fabric of the
faux scarf. The painting aspects of the project are somewhat elaborate. To make up for that, the knitting is simplicity itself!
