by Kathryn Dawn
Materials Used:
3 skeins Caron Simply Soft in Bone
3 skeins Caron Simply Soft in Soft Green
Size I/9 – 5.50 mm hook
Tapestry needle for weaving in ends
Gauge:
4″ x 4″ = 12 dc, 7 rows
Finished Size:
40′ wide x 51″ long
Pattern Notes:
This blanket depicts three anchors at the bottom of the blanket and three anchors at the top of the blanket. The middle portion of the blanket is worked in a basic shell pattern.
Most filet crochet patterns are written as charts, but to make this project beginner friendly, I have written out the instructions row by row! If you have never done filet crochet before, this blanket is a great introduction, as it only uses the technique for a few rows on each end of the blanket.
