Necks Time
Necks Time is a perfect, lightweight cowl that features a
simple, slip stitch pattern worked in three contrasting
colours, coupled with solid bands of stocking stitch.
The colour is the attraction with Necks Time. And, although
there are only seven colours in total, you get the idea that
there are many more colours involved. It is a bright and
cheery accessory that is fun to knit and easy to wear.
Necks Time is a celebration of colour in all its tremendous
glory.
Necks Time is conical in shape. It is knit from the bottom up, in the round, with gradual decreases.
Contrast colours change for each band of colour work.
There are ten bands of colour work in total and three contrast colours per band.
As well as having set instructions for the contrast colours, the pattern also includes a set of blank charts that can be used to chart your own bespoke contrast colour ways - who doesn’t like a bit of colouring in?!
