Very simple Neck warmer, worked around, with a Diagonal striped textured pattern.

The diagonal stripes are obtained by 1 decrease and 1 increase for each panel, and a checker is worked in between.
If you want the project to be narrower, instead of 8 repeats, just make 7 - and for the height, you decide. The length I chose allows you to pull the cowl over your head.
