I wanted to design an ugly bear, but didn’t quite manage it and this soft, cuddly bear was created. These bears really do seem to create themselves with little input from me.

He’s a fat bear, who looks like he needs a good hug and wants to give you a good hug back.

I have used Stylecraft Eskimo for the main part of this bear and Chenille and cotton for the contrasts. Any eyelash would be suitable and any double knit for contrast would be suitable, the choice is yours.

He has been designed to be knitted flat, two single end knitting needles.
