Poncho is worked bottom – up, in the round.
 This poncho has no increases or decreases. You’ll achieve the shaping just by changing your needle size.
 You’ll be changing needle sizes every few inches, so an interchangeable needle set will come in handy, but fixed circular needles will work just fine.

Gauge
Size 9 needle: 18sts and 28rows = 4”
Size 2 needle: 26sts and 40rows = 4”
Use these gauges to get proper tension. If you need to go up or down a needle size to achieve one of these gauges, bring all needles sizes up one or down one throughout the poncho.
