Nemesis Socks
I made these socks while watching Resident Evil. It’s my favourite film series. If you haven’t seen them I suggest you do. Yarn colourway is Nemesis Vs Alice.
Aran/worsted weight yarn makes for speedy socks and the pattern is easy to memorise therefore great for film watching and knitting.
This cute ankle sock version takes less than 100g of yarn to make a medium size pair. But if you want to make the leg longer just go ahead but I would suggest getting 2 balls, just in case.
Needles: 4mm. I suggest you choose which ever needles you are comfortable with. Magic loop it, DPN it or mini circs! Your choice. I use a mini circular, 9 inch hiya hiya’s all the way.
You will also need a cable needle (Sometimes I don’t have a cable needle handy so I just use a spare DPN) and some stitch markers.
And then the usual bits and pieces, sewing up needle, tape measure and scissors.
