This is a Neon collored hat, designed to be highly visible when out in the dark. It is generously oversized, and would fit both boys and girls from the age of 10 and up to and adult.

And, it’s a free pattern, and of course you don’t have to use neon collors if you don’t want to. The pattern is cool, and the shape and fit is cool, so just have fun with it :-)
