5.5 mm hook
100% cotton fabric for lining (I used Waverly Inspirations Fat Quarter pre-cut 18″x21″, available from Walmart)
Sewing thread to coordinate with lining

Gauge: 4 sc= 1 inch; 4 rounds or rows = 1 inch
