This pattern comes in two sizes -- XS-L and XL-5XL. This pattern is adjustable to fit any body type and there are instructions within the pattern to customize the sizing.

This pattern is an intermediate level but could be an advanced beginner.

You will need approximately 1300-1700 yards of medium weight yarn depending on the size you need and customizations. You will also need a size 5.5 mm crochet hook, stitch markers, measuring tape, scissors, and yarn needle. I would recommend using a natural fiber like cotton bamboo, merino, etc. to maximize the drape and give it the flowy look.
