Art: Crochet/ Amigurumi

Skill Level: Advanced/Intermediate
I provide detailed instruction for steps required to complete the pattern, there are several detailed photos throughout, and even a video tutorial for a small part of the assembly. This pattern is not intended to teach you how to crochet and you will need to know how to do the following:

1. Magic Ring
2. Single Crochet
3. Slip Stitch
4. Increases
5. Invisible decreases
6. Sew pieces together
7. Have a basic understanding of how to read a crochet pattern
8. Know how to carry and transition yarn colors mid row

U.S. Terminology

Approximate Size: 20inches (50.8cm) from tail to top of head

Materials:
-4.5mm crochet hook (additional 3.5mm optional)

-Darning needle
-Scissors

-Stitch Markers (not required, but recommended)

-18mm or 20mm safety eyes

-Black and white yarn for embroidery (optional 3rd if you want to use yarn for eye color)

-Plush Yarn in two colors. You will need 2 skeins of your primary color, and 1 of the secondary color in weight 6. Each of my skeins was 120 yds, if yours is a smaller skein you will need to consider that when planning your yarn.

-Knitting Needles (thinner recommended, size doesn’t matter just long enough to hold pieces together)

-2-3 Pieces of crafting pipe cleaner

-Poly-fil or similar product.
