This is a simple beanie pattern consisting of simple slip stitch cables. There are two sizes available, regular and large. The regular sized hat should fit the average sized head quite well, however the large size was made for my big headed boyfriend with big hair who like a very loose fit, so the large size is VERY large. Using the smaller needles for the ribbing is optional, and creates a snugger fit on the bottom
