Nettle Infinity Scarf
The Nettle Infinity Scarf is a wonderful project for destashing. I used about 370 yards of Aran yarn (Doucelaine from Bergère de France) and a 5.50 mm hook. You may use any Aran yarn or equivalent with the hook size necessary to meet gauge.
This pattern offers a graded/meet-the-gauge solution as well as a made-to-measure one, allowing you to follow the dimensions of your own swatch and set your own stitch count.
When lying flat, your finished object should measure 22 inches in width and 8.5 inches in height. When twisted once and worn, this scarf should be snug enough to stay in place and keep your nose nice and warm.
This pattern is suited for advanced or confident beginners. You are expected to know how to make a chain, a DC, a slip stitch and an SC, and how to work in the back loop only. All other stitches are explained in the pattern’s Stitch Tutorial.
Enjoy!
