Nettle Tea Shawl
This pattern offers two options:
Relaxing Version -- worked as one piece and knit until the yarn runs out. Perfect for handspun yarn, mindless knitting, travel knitting and ready-to-go-anytime knitting. Makes a triangle shaped shawl. (Sample shown was knit with 380 yards / 350m of sportweight handspun, knit by my lovely tester doodle)
Invigorating Version -- requires a little more brain power and either a scale or yarn which is a good match yardage-wise and gauge-wise to the sample. Makes a trapezoid shaped wrap. (Sample shown knit with 437 yards / 400m of fingering weight silk/camel blend)
The instructions give you enough information that you can substitute any yarn and not worry about running out near the end of the project. For the relaxing version though you really want as much yardage (400+ yards) as possible so you can be sure you are happy with the finished size.
