New Age Cardigan
This is an updated version of my Four Day Cardigan with a new vertical rib button band, worked along with the body. Also, this version has been graded for a wide range of sizes. It features a three-button closure at the neck and bell sleeves. It is worked top down in one piece to underarm. Once there, sleeve stitches are placed on hold and the body is worked downward to the elegant cable ribbed edging. A great pattern for the beginning top-down sweater knitter; this pattern includes simple raglan shaping and easy techniques. It is worked at a large gauge on big needles making for a very quick knit.
