New Arrival Raglan
This tiny newborn name sweater is a quick yet thoughtful keepsake project for your little one (or a loved one’s new arrival). Personalize it with your family name, nickname, or other announcement info.
This pullover is knitted top down with raglan increases for the sleeves. The neckline and shoulders are worked back and forth, then the work is joined in the round for the body. The sleeves are picked up and knit in the round afterwards. The button bands are also picked up separately. Lettering is added with duplicate stitch (you can find tutorials online or on my instagram @readstreetknitting). For lettering, you can use the chart provided or use another that you find online.
