Over the Holidays I taught my daughter how to knit. My other daughter also decided to join us, so we had a fun family knit night together. I thought it would be nice to spread the family love by gifting this pattern. It brought so much joy to my family and I and I want to do the same for yours.

I came up with this simple, yet fun hat pattern to get my daughter into the groove of knitting. It uses a simple knit stitch throughout the pattern. This pattern is great for anyone learning to knit with a loved one, beginner, or an experienced knitter for a nice relaxing knit.

I also made some video tutorials for first time knitters for the cast on, knit stitch, and closing / finishing up the hat. The links are included inside the pattern PDF.
