This lovely New Hope bobble blanket is a simple pattern designed for mindful, relaxing crochet time. It is a repeating pattern and is made in one colour so you can just keep going! Suitable for beginners.

Materials
5.5mm hook
Approx amounts of aran yarn:
500g I used hobbycraft Women’s Institute soft and smooth aran in ‘cream’ but any yarn could be substituted, just use the corresponding hook size.
Tapestry Needle

Sizes
Finished blanket measures approx 85cm x 100cm (331⁄2 in x 391⁄2in), ideal for a baby blanket or lap blanket. I give you instructions to make a larger sized blanket.

Tension
12st and 7 rows in dc to 10cm/4in using 5.5mm hook or size needed to obtain tension. This is a guide for sizing and drape but pattern will work if tension is different.
