Yarn:
As long as you use a worsted 4 medium yarn you can pick any color combination or brand of yarn.

The top width of the cape is 7 1/2 inches, the bottom width is 11 inches, and the length is 12 1/2 inches.

4 x 4 inch swatch = 14 SC stitches x 16 rows
4 x 4 inch swatch = 14 dc stitches x 9 rows
