You will need to know how to make a magic ring (aka magic circle, magic loop) to get the hat started. It’s very simple and you can find videos on YouTube to teach you, that’s how I learned it.

This is a really easy pattern that works up so quickly. One skein of Lion Brand Babysoft will make approximately 10 of these, so it would be a beautiful and inexpensive gift if you need several. The flower pattern is included and they’re interchangeable so the color combos to match outfits are really endless.

You will need ONE 19mm size button to attach to the hat to place the flowers on.
