Niah
Niah-hat is worked in the round from the brim up. Both the brim and the pattern repeat are quite stretchy and accommodate a variety of sizes. The size M and L are knitted with same stitch counts but with different size needles.
You can adjust the length by subtracting or adding more pattern repeats.
The pattern has a photo tutorial for the stitch pattern.
