Nice is a simple garter stitch sweater with slits and a slightly oversized fit.

I designed the sweater for my recent vacation in Nice as I wanted something comfortable to wear while traveling and sightseeing around in the city. The sweater served its purpose perfectly.

So naturally I named the sweater Nice after the city on the French Riviera.

The pattern is written in both english and danish / opskriften er også på dansk.

Model is wearing size S on bust size 86 cm.

bust circumference / brystvidde 112 (117, 122) cm
length from shoulder to hem / længde, front / for 57 cm, back / bag 62 cm
sleeve length from underarm / ærmelængde 48 (46, 44) cm

Intended ease / anbefalet bevægelsesfrihed 15-25 cm.

Yarn / garn:
DK weight.
The sample was knit using Isager Jensen Yarn, (100 g/250 m) colour 11s, 450 (450, 500) g.

Gauge / strikkefasthed:
16 sts / m and 32 rows / p = 10 cm in garter stitch / retstrik.

Needle size / pinde:
4.5 mm circular needles / rundpind 40 cm and 80 cm.
