Meet Nicholas the Goat, the cutest bearded Bavarian you’ll ever see! He makes lederhosen look good!

Nicholas is part of my Shelf-Sitter Critter line, which means all of the stuffed toys in this line are roughly the same size with interchangeable clothing (so you can mix and match outfits). The pattern for his outfit is included.

It helps to be familiar with amigurumi and basic embroidery techniques to complete him successfully. However, I’ve supplied ample descriptions and photos, so even if you don’t consider yourself seasoned you should be able to follow along. He is crocheted in continuous rounds using a magic ring. The arms and legs are made separately then crocheted directly into the body—no need to sew on the limbs.
