Nicoletta
Everyone looks forward to the waves of summer. The waves
created by the lace in this poncho bring not only that
imagery, but movement as well. Designed to be a confident
lace-beginner pattern, this poncho’s wave lace stitch looks
intricate without being overly complicated.
Nicoletta is knitted in one piece, starting from the bottom
front, decreasing to shape the neck opening, and finishing
with the back. It is then seamed up the sides leaving
openings for the arms, with ribbing added. Ribbing finishes
the V-neck, mirroring the sleeves and hem ribbing.
Nicoletta has an oversized fit and is meant to be worn with
10–16” or more of positive ease. There are only five sizes and
as such each size encompasses several chest measurements.
44 (54, 64, 74, 84)“ sizes are meant to fit actual chest
circumferences of 28–34 (36–42, 44–50, 52–58, 60–66)”.
Sample is 54”; model is 32”
