This hat was made with the cold winter night sky in mind.
Start by knitting the band part with 2x2 rib using a 3.5 mm needle, then change to a 4.0 mm needle and knit the colorwork section. Once the colorwork is finished, knit the reduced part of the upper part of the hat.
