She is beauty, she is grace, she is going to keep your hair out of your face.

I love making pieces that are inspired by people I love. So let me tell you about my sister Nikki. Okay, we are cousins, but are only children so don’t take this away from us. She is the most positive, kind, inspiring and soulful person I know. In the face of difficult times, she smiles and not just finds the silver lining, but that’s her focus. She has the best spirit, a combination of 60s chill, 70s style, and 80s rock on attitude. And this knitted headband can be styled 6 ways for whatever your feeling!

It is an easy going to knit - a simple increase at the beginning and end with solely knit stitches. This creates a triangle shape for the headband!

There’s a cable cast on for the headband ties. Yes, this it a totally adjustable piece! Most bandanas have to be pulled over my head and my bangs get smashed down. Ugh, I don’t like it! So this pattern prevents that BS. Ps if you have never done a cable cast on, it is so easy going.

ALL of the proceeds of this pattern go to Nikki and her boyfriend James for some recent medical bills they have. It’s not my story to tell, so if you want to learn more: Instagram.com/jimmyknuckleball.
