These are lovely sock booties knitted flat and seamed up the back. Just about any soft medium or worsted weight yarn will work. There are no short rows. You can also thread a 1-1.5” wide piece of ribbon into the front of each bootie and tie it in a bow for a more feminine look. Sometimes I sew bells onto the front, just a bit lower than where the folded edge meets the bootie. One 50 gram ball of yarn will easily make 2 booties.
