I designed this sock when COVID decided to visit me for Christmas. It was the worst Christmas present. But my mind wouldn’t shut off. I was physically tired, but mentally alert. And alert enough to knit and design this sock with a fever. Who does colorwork when they are fatigued and with a fever? Apparently, me. I finished the design in 9 days, hence the name.

This sock is the simplicity of the rib sock with elegant colorwork. The colorwork keeps your brain engaged, while the rib allows it to relax and be mindless. The best of both worlds.

For the best results, use high contrast yarn.
