22-24sc=10cm sport or fingering yarn 2.10mm crochet hook or 2.25mm, or 2.00mm US 1/B, UK 13 crochet hook. (I used Japanese crochet hook 2.10mm on this pattern, somehow you can use 2.00mm as well or 2.25 if you crochet a bit tight.
