This is a sock “recipe” I use when teaching sock classes. It is not a detailed instruction on “how to knit socks” as it is intended to be used in conjunction with my class.

If you already have a little bit of sock knitting knowledge, you may be able to use the numbers for a simple stockinette sock, or use this pattern as a recipe to customize your own socks with a unique stitch pattern.

The name “No Fear Socks” comes from my belief that everyone can be “the little knitter who could” and socks should not be scary! :)
