We’ve all seen those lovely purl band hats right? Gorgeous, but I couldn’t seem to find a pattern for a matching cowl that worked for me because I had a bit of a predicament in that I wanted to use a long colour change yarn and not have the change happen in the purl section. Fussy? Possibly, but I knew what I was looking for.

This cowl is knit in the round from the bottom up, starting with a small ribbing section followed by alternating purl and knit sections, finished off with another small ribbing section.

It would mean so much if you could ‘favourite’ this or even better, add it as a project when you’re done so I can see your knit. I can’t wait to see the different colours you will come up with.
