Designed for the 2023 Progress, Hope & Happiness Collection The Audacity of the Authentic Self, No Pocket? No Problem! was inspired by the current popularity of cargo pockets. Of course, you can’t put cargo pockets on everything, or can you?

The name of this colourway “Grunge Factor” sealed the deal, but don’t be fooled, this gorgeous yarn created especially for the collection by Voie de Vie Yarn is anything but grungy.

Go ahead! Be audacious – wear cargo pockets with every outfit!

No Pocket? No Problem! is crocheted in the round and the overlapping flap is crocheted in rows. The size of your pocket and length of the flap is completely customizable.

Finished Size: The sample is 5 inches tall, 6 inches wide and 1 inch deep (12.5 cm X 15 cm X 2.5 cm) and was not blocked. The flap is 5 inches wide and 3 inches long (15 X 7.5 cm)

You can easily modify the size of your pocket to suit your needs. The pattern includes suggestions on how.

The pattern includes appendices with instructions for a Lippy Pouch (Lipstick Keeper) and a Specs Saver (Glasses Case)!

US crochet terms are used throughout the pattern. The equivalent UK terms are referenced in Table 1.
