No Sew Eyeball Pet
Thank you so much for checking out my eyeball pet pattern! This advanced level pattern is written in US terms and worked in the round. It’s completely no sew too! The pattern includes the option to make a wearable bracelet pet or a regular plushie. Although it works up fairly quickly (about 2 hours), you’ve got to do quite a few color changes and need to pay close attention to your stitches so you’ll need some focused time for this one. My worsted weight acrylic pets work up to be about 5 inches long (not including the tail) using a 3.5 mm hook. My Sweet Snuggles Lite version worked up to be about 9 inches long with a 6 mm hook.
Supplies
-Yarn - uses just a small amount of each color
-5 colors of a yarn of your choice for the pupil, iris, white of the
eye, body, and veins/tendrils note: stick to 4-5 weights for the
wearable version so it’s not too big
-a few yards of a lighter weight yarn that matches your vein color
for the embroidered veins
-Hook that matches your yarn choice
-blunt tipped needle for sewing
-scissors
-poly-fil
-2-3 stitch markers, highly recommended, a running stitch marker and a stitch marker or 2 to help you track your spot within a round.
