This is an adorable little turtle made with an African flower motif. It can be considered a scrap buster because it uses so little yarn to complete. It is designed so that the only sewing you need to do is finishing off your final tail and embroider eyes if you like.

Yarn type and weight does not matter. Use whatever you like. Hook size is whatever you like to use for the weight of yarn you are using.

I used #4 medium worsted weight acrylic yarn and a 3.0 mm hook for mine and it measures 4.5” from nose to butt.
