This pattern consists of 3 sizes of baby booties: 0-3, 3-6 and 6-12 months. The pattern for the smallest pair has a photo tutorial and all special stitches are explained as well as how to make the cord for the shoelace.

I make the booties with Drops Nepal, but other Arab weight yarns can be used - my tester used Scheepjes Riverwashed and Stonewashed XL and the booties were lovely.
