The Noelle Blouse is a 1940s-christmas inspired blouse with a classic tartan pattern worked in multicolored stripes. It is worked top down with tailored shoulder width, feminine puff shoulders and a cropped silhouette. The vertical stripes are worked in using duplicate stitches/crochet, while the horizontal ones are knit in.

A note on yarn quantity for the stripes: My testers all ended up with different quantities uses for the stripes (even when working the same size), depending on how many vertical stripes they did and what colour combination they ended up doing. As such the above is an estimate.
